30g mandler
30g kokosfiber/mel (Superfruit)
1 tsk bagepulver
kanel
vanilje
20g chokolade (min 70%)
20g smør
50g skyr

Fremgangsmåde

Blend æggehvider, æg, banan, mandler, bagepulver, kanel, vanilje og skyr jævnt. Tilsæt kokosmel og blend yderligere. Hak chokoladen og vend den i dejen.

Steges i smør ved lav varmes i små pandekager

TIP: Kan serveres med friske bær, nødder, skyr mm.

30g almonds

30g fat-reduced coconut flour (Superfruit)

5 ts baking powder

cinnamon

vanilla

20g chocolate (min 70%)

50g low fat greek yoghurt/kvark

20g butter

Blend eggwhites, egg, banana, almonds, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla and low fat greek yoghurt to a even dough. Add fat-reduced coconut flour and blend again, chop the chocolate and add to the dough.

Add butter to the frying pan and bake them on low heat

Can be served with fresh berries, different nuts, low fat greek yoghurt
