40g Frk Skrump proteinpulver med vanilje smag
20g Kokosmel (fedtreduceret, fiberberiget, glutenfri)
25g Kokosmel
50g Kokosmælk 6%, Blue Dragon
20g Chokolade 85%
3g Perfect Sød
Ren vanilje

Fremgangsmåde

Bland først de tørre ingredienser - kokosmel, proteinpulver, fedtreduceret kokosmel og vanilje. Tilsæt derefter perfect sød og kokosmælk og form dejen til små bider - jeg brugte hænderne.

Chokoladen smeltes i et vandbad og hældes over stykkerne, top evt med lidt kokosmel.

40g Whey protein powder with vanilla flavor

20g coconut flour (reduced-fat, fiber enriched, gluten-free)

25g shredded coconut flour

50g light coconut milk 6%

20g chocolate 85%

3g liquid sweetener

pure vanilla

Mix the dry ingredients - shredded coconut flour, protein powder, fat-reduced coconut flour and pure vanilla. Then add the liquid sweetener and coconut milk and shape the dough into small bites - I used my hands.

Melt the chocolate in a water bath and pour it over the pieces, top with shredded coconut flour.
