Fremgangsmåde
Blend æggehvider, æg, banan, mandler, bagepulver, kanel, vanilje og skyr jævnt. Tilsæt kokosmel og blend yderligere. Hak chokoladen og vend den i dejen.

30g fat-reduced coconut flour (Superfruit)
5 ts baking powder
cinnamon
vanilla
20g chocolate (min 70%)
50g low fat greek yoghurt/kvark
20g butter
Blend eggwhites, egg, banana, almonds, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla and low fat greek yoghurt to a even dough. Add fat-reduced coconut flour and blend again, chop the chocolate and add to the dough.
Add butter to the frying pan and bake them on low heat
Can be served with fresh berries, different nuts, low fat greek yoghurt
